Return Policy

What is your satisfaction guaranteed return policy?

We don't accept returns, but we have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If there's an issue with a product you received, please contact us. 

If you are dissatisfied with one of our Products for any reason, we will refund the amount paid for that Product. Refund requests must be made directly to our help center https://dudeproducts.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new within 30 days of the date of shipment by DUDE Products.

To initiate a return, please message with the following information:

  1. The reason for your return. If a picture would better describe your problem, please attach it to the message. We have solutions for many of the common problems that you may run into.
  2. Your order number and DUDE Wiper model.
  3. Describe the state of the box and packaging. Has the box been opened or product used? Have you tried to install your DUDE Wiper? (Due to governmental regulations, we need to thoroughly inspect, process, and sanitize every returned product.This helps us understand how we will process the return.)

We are not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to DUDE Products. Promptly following DUDE Products receipt of your request (typically within five (5) business days), DUDE Products will credit the amount paid for the returned Product (less any shipping and handling costs/fees related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the Payment Method you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, DUDE Products does not control when a specific credit card or payment method company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your Payment Method company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback. 

We will not provide a refund for a request that is received by DUDE more than 30 days after the date of original shipment. We also do not provide a refund for Products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

What if any of my items arrived damaged?

Should any of your items be delivered to you in a damaged condition you must let us know within 3 days of delivery.

Pending its evaluation by our customer service department, we will make arrangements to either ship you an undamaged item at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund as per your original method of payment. For damaged goods, DUDE PRODUCTS will cover the cost of shipping the item back to the customer.
