What is your satisfaction guaranteed return policy?
If you're not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it and we'll apply a credit to your Credit Card for the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. Credit will be applied once the item has been received and accepted by our Order Processing Center(CTL att: DUDE RETURNS). In order for your credit to be processed promptly, please follow the Return and Exchange Procedure below.
What if any of my items arrived damaged?
Should any of your items be delivered to you in a damaged condition you must let us know within 3 days of delivery. Please return any damaged items to our Order Processing Center. Pending its evaluation by our Returns department, we will make arrangements to either ship you an undamaged item at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund as per your original method of payment. For damaged goods, DUDE PRODUCTS will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Return and exchange procedure
Return the item in its original packaging. You must include your Packing Slip with your return—we encourage you to keep a copy for your records. On the Packing Slip, write the Return Reason Code next to the item you’re returning. If you do not still have the Packing Slip download the DUDE Return Label below and include all info indicated on that form.
REASON CODE 1 for Damaged Goods
REASON CODE 2 for Returned Goods that are not damaged and that the customer simply decided to return within the 30 days period.
If your order/product is being returned due to damage e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org , within 3 days of delivery, and we will e-mail you a UPS shipping label to apply to the box you are returning. Simply drop off the package at the closest UPS store near you.
If you are simply returning the DUDE product, because you changed your mind, you can use any shipping method you like to ship that back to the address below at your own cost.CTL
